M. Cole Cohen, PH.D. is a Senior Consultant who specializes in coaching, stress management and assisting managers as their organizations change through growth, mergers and restructuring. He is superb at coaching managers in how to develop and maintain peak performance on their team. Cole brings insights from over twenty years of corporate experience as a manager and human relations consultant.

Cole is a creative problem solver and offers concrete approaches to solving workplace challenges. He has a wealth of practical examples drawn from his experiences with leaders across the country.

Cole is a master in the Art of Dealing with Difficult People and has customized many programs for Police Officers, Fire Fighters, U.I.C. personnel and other front line service providers. He has trained many managers in the use of formal problem solving methods and decision making strategies.
